Cognitive Coaching℠ Seminar Phnom Penh

As the demands on schools grow, leaders are finding that solving problems for other people only takes them so far, and can hold back the very growth they are hoping to see. More than a set of techniques, Cognitive Coaching^SM is a way of being with other people that builds their capacity to think more clearly, act more intentionally and grow more consistently over time. Leaders and educators who develop this practice find that the way they work with others changes, and so do the people themselves.

You will work directly with Gavin Grift, a Training Associate with Thinking Collaborative whose experience facilitating Cognitive Coaching^SM across Australia, Southeast Asia, the Middle East and Europe spans decades. His facilitation is rigorous, reflective and genuinely human.

You will leave with two internalised coaching maps for planning and reflecting conversations, and a developed repertoire of mediative skills you can begin using immediately.

You will also leave as part of a growing community of Cognitive Coaching^SM practitioners in this region, with access to a framework that continues to develop your thinking long after the seminar ends.
